According to a report by the Environmental Working Group (EWG), a review of 84 popular brands of children's breakfast cereal indicates that many popular cereals have more sugar than a Hostess Twinkie or three Chips Ahoy! cookies. Kellogg's Honey Smacks is the worst of the group with 20 grams of sugar. Other popular, overly-sugared cereals include Cap'n Crunch and Honey Nut Cheerios.

During a standard push-up you are actually lifting approximately 65% of your total body weight. If you drop to your knees you are lifting about 50% of your total body weight. Put your feet up on a 2-foot high chair and you've increased it to 75% of your total body weight.
TV makes you fat. A review of 53 different studies found that TV viewing leads to poor eating patterns; greater intake of junk food; and lower consumption of fruits and vegetables.
